(3) Notching system

• Base on customer provide punching drawing, this machine need adopt one unit hydraulic punching system to get the four courners’ notch.

• The punches will be connected to a single hydraulic unit having tank, motor, pump, pressure control valves, pressure gauges, solenoid valves, hydraulic hoses, all designed to operate safely at the required operating pressure;
• The punching mold material is CR-12, hardness HRC 58-62 and chrome coating.

• The folding system is connecting with hydraulic station, all the action is controlled by computer and hydraulic pressure.
