(2)Roll forming pedestal
This frame include: feeding, leveler, pre-cutting basic frame, motor drive, gear box system, cutting device
- Feeding is adjustable, have two guide rollers in two side, feeding with the roller
- Leveler shaft 110mm, 40Cr material, 7 rollers for leveler and two station for feeding. Drive power by main forming section. Drive by gear box. Adjust by screw, manual.
- Basic frame: adopt steel plate welding structure
- Roll former has leveling bolts in the base
- Motor power: 45kw X2, total 90kw.
- Transmission: Gear box driving system for each station, include feeding and leveler
- Machine with pre-cutting by hydraulic for change coil only, two cylinder
- After cutting the sheet will come to guide roller in two stations then go to roll forming, guide roller table about 5 meters
- Post cutting: one set of cutting system, 14 sets of cutting blade to change the different profiles.
- Adopt non-stop track cutting system, when cutting the main machine is not stop.
