Product detailes
Flattener.
- The quantity of leveler rolls must be planned according to thickness 2.0-4.0mm
- Flattener roller: upper is 3 rollers, down is 4 stations(total is 7 rollers)
- Diameter of flattener shaft: diameter100mm, material is SAE 1045, hardening and tempering
Punching and pre-cutting
- Adopt Hydraulic punching
- Base on customer provide punching drawing, this machine need adopt one unit hydraulic punching system
- The punches and dollies will be CR-12, hardness HRC 58-62
- Pre-cutting: install after feeding, change the size no need to change the cutter
- Hydraulic power: 11KW
Forming section.
- Main motor power : 30 kw
- Roller Material : GCR15, HRC58-62℃ ,coated with chrome
- Shaft DIA : ￠85mm, material : 45# forge steel
- Roller Stations : about 14 stations

Cutting.
